Following the release of her debut album, All The Places I Could Be, earlier this month, Lila Drew has dropped the Broods remix of her track, ‘Bad Juice’. It’s a chunky, bass-heavy remix that places polyrhythmic synth pulses beneath her effortlessly melodic lead vocal. It retains the cool sarcasm of the original, but takes the track in a completely new, danceable direction without losing any of its charm. Broods’ Caleb Nott is clearly passionate about the track: “It was such an honor to give Lila Drew’s ‘Bad Juice’ a new life. It makes it so easy to do a remix when the topline is so good!
